Refund Policy

Refund Regarding Buyer Leads

A refund request for purchased buyer leads based on non-contactable contact information must be submitted within five (5) days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for any refund.

There will be no refunds for leads that have already been contacted, fulfilled, converted, or cancelled, as these matters are beyond the scope of Klicksyy Digital Solution. We do not participate in deal closures, transactions, negotiations, or buyer preferences.

To request a refund under this policy, the total refundable amount cannot exceed 25% of the total assigned lead quota. Refund requests may be processed through the official support system. Once this refund limit is reached, no further refund requests will be accepted regardless of the reason.

Payment & Refund Policy

Membership / Subscription Fees

All payments made to Klicksyy Digital Solution must be made only in favor of Klicksyy Digital Solution through approved official payment methods. Full advance payment is required for uninterrupted paid services.

No individual, employee, or third-party organization is authorized to collect payments on behalf of Klicksyy Digital Solution unless officially declared by the company. Payments made to any unauthorized person, personal account, or unofficial channel will not be considered valid. Klicksyy Digital Solution shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by such unauthorized transactions. Users are advised to immediately inform us if anyone attempts to collect payment fraudulently in our name.

Subscription fees shall be payable as agreed at the time of purchase. In case of delayed payment, services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. If any valid excess payment is identified by the company, the user may be eligible for a refund of the excess amount without interest.

Refund Policy on Membership / Subscription

Once subscribed, no refund shall be made for membership or subscription fees. No such claims will be entertained after activation of services.

Klicksyy Digital Solution does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, authenticity, or timeliness of user-generated content or third-party lead information. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Refund for Fraudulent Transactions

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, activities, and transactions. Klicksyy Digital Solution shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, or other payment instruments used by the subscriber.

Refund for Change in Preference / Cancellation Requests

Klicksyy Digital Solution always seeks user confirmation before processing any paid order. Once an order is placed, activated, or sent for processing, it cannot be cancelled.

No full or partial refund shall be granted due to change in personal preference, business decisions, delay from the user’s side, or discontinuation of interest after purchase.
